DaDaDance was set up in 1994 by Dave Kramers and Datcho (DaDa). They were inspired by the music from Roxy and started organising parties with DJs they admired: DJ Dimitri, 100% Isis, Eddy De Clerq etc. The parties were hosted in the Kelder in Amersfoort. After a while it was time to do something else for DaDaDance. What's the best thing you should you do if music is your heart and soul ?

In 1999 DadaDance bought out Rien Veerman's existing record shop on Arnhemseweg in Amersfoort. DaDaDance re-named the shop DaDaDance and used the slogan “For Your listening Pleasure”. After Dave had been running DaDaDance for 5 years it was time for him to move on. DaDaDance was bought by new owner Rick Geurtsen in 2005.

2005 saw Rick Geurtsen introduce a new concept for DaDaDance: the “One Stop Shop” for DJs, which promised to deliver everything for today's DJ. We offer a huge assortment of vinyl, CDs, equipment, gear and accessories as well as studio recording software. DaDaDance Shop “Because Music Creates Personality” is the shop where you can relax in style, have a drink, and sit back and listen to the latest vinyl releases on the street.
